A major prerequisite for the ERPA is the preparation of a BSP in tandem with BioCF ISFL requirements. A BSP has been designed in a consultative, transparent, and participatory manner appropriate that reflects inputs and broad community support by relevant stakeholders. Further, the BSP is designed in consideration of the ER Program design in response to strategic policy interventions and measures to incentivize actions that address the drivers of emissions in the entire Eastern Province.
