The Zambia Integrated Forest Landscape Project has dedicated a phone line towards a Feedback and Grievances related to project implementation.

The Feedback and Grievance  Redress Mechanism (FGRM) spells out the process to be followed by any person who is aggrieved as a result of project implementation.

The FRGM provides an opportunity to Affected Parties to complain if they believe that the project had or is likely to have adverse effects on them or their community so as to help ensure faster and better resolution of project-related complaints.
